A few answers we give most often.
Yes, during opening hours. Weekends can get busy and we keep only a few trees out on the bench, so if you are coming for something specific it is worth a quick message first.
We do, subject to condition. Bring the tree in for a look and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth the work, and when the right season is. There is a bench fee from ₱600 depending on size.
Happily, at no charge. We wrap in kraft paper with twine and a handwritten card, and we can include a small care card written for whoever receives it.
Never, if the tree came from us. Send a photo and a sentence or two about where it lives and how you water it, and we will walk you through it. Free advice forever.
